Very satisfied. No upselling, and the waiting time in line was short. Dollars car rental company offers no upselling, and both pick-up and drop-off were quick.
We rented the car for a total of 14 days and chose EASYPASS, thinking it would be charged based on actual usage. However, when returning the car, we were charged $18.49 per day for 10 days, totaling $184.98, while the actual toll fee was only $26.42. This unexplained charge is outrageous; it's just overcharging.
The actual car model provided did not match the reservation;
They tried to charge extra fees;
The service attitude of the local staff was average.
