excelente la atencion del sr eduardo en ocala..muy presto a colaborar y darme soluciones....pero la senora que me atendio en miami me cobro 185 dolares por un auto un solo dia, eso lo considero literalmente un robo y aprovecharse de un cliente que pesimo! 185 dolares por un solo dia!
Overall, the process was fairly smooth and mostly self-service, so there wasn't much interaction with staff. After completing the paperwork at pick-up, we went to the parking lot to find our car, and a staff member simply parked it next to us and left. For returning the car at JFK, we just dropped the key at the service desk. However, four hours after returning the car, in the middle of the night while on a flight, my credit card was unexpectedly charged $100. Customer service has been following up, but after four days, there's still no response from the rental company. I was about to book another rental for next week, but now I’m hesitant and unsure. I hope to receive a prompt resolution.
Drop off location was not easy to find as it was not well sign posted from the main road.
