They accept just few insurance companies, that's not good. Time of wait on line is too long. I was charged for a insurance because staff women didn't know how to get properly the info from my insurance.

I had a issue with Rental car company and QEEQ didn't offer me any solution to fix it.
Buyer beware, pay the extra $25-$50 for a better company because you get what you pay for. Our car was dented, scratched, & dinged. It vibrated when we were on the freeway and the brakes were bad. The headlights were broken, only the running lights worked on the vehicle. There were warnings about the airbags and tires. We were charged an additional $6.99 per day for using our own auto insurance! This was an additional fee tacked on after we already prepaid for the vehicle and were told we would owe nothing further. We were the only customers in the building, yet it took 50 minutes to get our busted up vehicle with over 85,000 miles on it. We were in a hurry; having landed in Miami at 9:35 AM, we thought a 3:00 PM reservation in the Keys would be a non-issue, but in addition to all the other things that went wrong with this reservation, the car was also given to us with just a quarter tank of gas, so we had to make an additional stop. Do not use this company.
The staff was unavailable at pick up. The only person there spoke no English. When the country person arrived, she only spoke a little English. After spending 1/2 hour trying to figure out the computer (and texting on her phone throughout the entire process) we got in our way. We told them we were dropping it off at 5:00AM on 9/9 but no one was there at the location. They ended up directing us to drop it off at the airport WITH THE KEYS IN IT!!! I will never use that company again. I will also reconsider using easy rent cars to avoid getting stuck with them again.

BAD SERVICE AT COUNTER MY CAR WASENT THERE THEY HAD TO GET ME TO ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY PAID ADDITIONAL CHARGES TERIBLE SERVICES WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN, I WILL ALSO FILE A FORMATED COMPLAIN ABOUT MY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER EVRYTHING WAS PAID IN FULL.
The staff at one switch counter wasn’t friendly. They over charge us for not taking their insurance policy. An “administration fee”. Over priced toll pay. I will never use this company again
