Worst car hire company I have ever dealt with. They didn’t have the car I reserved and the assistant manager (Dwaine) at Clearwater branch told me to F off when I said I wasn’t happy. They were not willing to help and just blamed the company for the poor service. I paid for a convertible and got an small SUV. Complete rip off, never deal with Avis again.

“Overcharged and unexplained”
About AVIS: 6.0 /10
Terrible service and I will never use Avis again. They overcharged me for fuel, included unexplained charges and incorrectly informed me on charges for a GPS. I plan to complain to their head office on the numerous inconsistencies in charges. It was my first time using the company, and if their intention was to never get me to do business through them again, then they succeeded.

Car was spacious and modern. Staff were a bit slow but seemed new so we were fine with this. Car was a bit scratched but I guess this is what you get with rental cars. Overall experience excellent.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
The most competitive price I could find anywhere. Didn’t get a price drop but it’s a good feature. Easy and clear booking. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone who asks.

Qeeq seems to be a good idea of finding good deals. I was a bit confused about my payment tho.... I paid in british pounds but the rental invoice shows us dollars practically the same amount (228gbp-234usd)-maybe the spread was charged by qeeq -Im satisfied anyway.... Thanks!
