Waited over 45min for car. Told it was being serviced. Only has half tank of gas, so was returned with half tank.

Very disappointed in SUV selection. Mitsubishi that I wasn't able to sync phone. The most stripped down model ever

“rentals were just ok”

Customer service was ok. Vehicle was booked with "unlimited miles" but at the counter I was told that it was 275 miles daily and on the contract it was written 375 miles daily. The van was sent out with a "patched tire" that the TPMS light stayed on constantly. I had to put another patch on the tire as it was consistently leaking. I did this at my expense.

Like: That we could ride for 4days without having to fill up. There was a shuttle to and from the airport the process to get the car was fast
