The car was a Hyundai Tucson, but it almost similar to a Toyota RAV4
The waiting time at the meeting place (Viscount station) was more than 40 minutes. If there is no luggage, it is much faster to reach the place on foot in approximately 15 minutes.
The staff does not want to admit that the insurance policies were not bought from them, they did not give the car without buying additional insurance from them! They also charged extra for after-hours car pick-up despite the fact that I arrived at the meeting place on time. The tank was only 2/3 full. The difference is not reimbursed for returning the car with a full tank.
Hidden charges (out of province fee of $50 per day / rental car insurance fee of $10 per day) plus others more than doubled the initial hire fee. Terrible & deceitful tactics designed to gauge the customer without any other option really of changing to another provider. NEVER USE AGAIN!

Will not use them again, they held the amounts on my card twice, Louis was full of attitude, they weren't very good at their own systems. Pick up location far off site, takes too long to get car. Bad experience.

The car exceeded my expectations. The people there are all friendly and professional. The pick up and drop off took a bit more time than an in airport rental but at LAX or other places, you still need to get on a bus and get to the location. Just make sure you have sufficient time on drop off because there can be traffic to the airport.

QEEQ saved the day. I made a wrong booking and so cancelation was easy and I quickly rebooked. smooth.
Overall, it was quite good. We had an early flight, and although the office officially opened at 8 AM, they started processing at 7:35 AM without any extra fees. They acknowledged that we already had insurance and did not try to upsell us. Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly without unnecessary delays or hassles. The only downside was that they gave me a Hyundai economy car instead of the Polo I requested since it was unavailable. Honestly, driving it wasn’t ideal, but the car was very new, with only 20,000 kilometers on it, so I accepted it reluctantly. In Bosnia and Herzegovina’s mountainous roads, a diesel car would be better. This small car struggled a bit but managed to complete the journey. As of now, the deposit pre-authorization hasn’t been lifted yet, and I reckon it’ll take another month.
The car had some lights that came on intermittently on the dashboard which staff said were due to a sensor. I would recommend this get fixed, there were no issues with the running of the car.

Staff was very helpful, i must not have read about the $2500 deposit as it was clear in the information, but I had to purchase their insurance because the deposit plus the rental put the CC i used over the limit and was not able to utilize the AXA insurance. Just be sure to be aware and I should have read things more closely. Will know for next time.
