Although I booked months in advance you did not have the SUV which I orecered because my wife needs a tall car. We had to take a very small Toyota
At least you promised a 50% refund. Very good customer service.

I have used all of the major hire car companies in South Africa over the past 2 years and this was my first time with Woodford.
The Staff are so efficient (Justus especially)! nothing took time, no nonsense and the car was in great condition exactly as Id booked.
Drop off was easy and no hidden charges or pressure to buy additional insurances.
Id really recommend Woodford for car hire in Johannesburg... unbeatable!
Had to wait nearly a hour even though there was only 3 people in front in the queue. The whole process it way too long and the counter staff where so slow.
