I got screwed. i was a few minutes early to pick up my car (8 minutes to be exact) and it was not communicated that my 24 hour clock started then. When dropping off the vehicle (regardless of the unexpected snow storm) I arrived approximately 13 minutes after the reservation time and had to wait at least 10 minutes for the attendant to get to me and found out their computer system was down. I was penalized by being charged an additional $60 +/-. they have a 29 minute grace period which would have been fine had they told me my reservation was actually 8 minutes earlier than booked.
And to add... no one walked the car with me prior, but there was damage to the the door that I had to point out upon drop off.
