The attitude was extremely poor when returning the car. From the beginning, it felt like they were picking on us. First, they claimed we were late for the return without any reason, and later, they just ignored us.

Windows need to be cleaned. I could not see out of them in the sun. Had to buy cleaner and cloths to clean them. 3 maintenance warnings kept coming up on the dash. Too old to rent out.
Ils nous ont vendu une passe pour les péages à 70$US ( donc 100$ can) en nous disant qu’il y avait beaucoup de péages et que nous pourrions avoir des frais supplémentaires si on se trompe de ligne...
Toutefois, en une semaine, le seul péage que nous aurions pu prendre est celui à côté de l’aéroport... à 2$.
J’en trouve que le 70$ us est exagéré et nous a fait perdre beaucoup d’argent
Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.
