The return time was long. When I approached the counter there was no one there. Another customer was waiting and said the person was outside which took more than twenty minutes before they returned.
Hertz's service was excellent, and the car was very new, with only 6000 miles on it. The staff explained the terms in detail, were humorous, and even helped us bundle the most cost-effective 2-day unlimited Toll Road package based on our travel plans. Returning the car was quick, and the $200 deposit was refunded instantly.
Great, but it should have the choice to include the tolls when the customer is doing the choice. I'm still waiting for the 224$ refound. I dropped off the car on January 9th
