There were two or three people ahead in line, but the process was quite quick. I chose the rental company's full insurance when booking, and there was no upselling. They did block a tank of fuel and a refueling service fee, but the charge wasn't applied. After returning the car with a full tank, it was settled normally. Once the formalities were completed, they handed over the keys and explained where to pick up the car. I booked an Opel Corsa but was given a Lancia microcar. The engine performance was poor, and it struggled to go uphill even with the pedal floored, causing cars behind to tailgate me the entire way. The trunk could barely fit a 28-inch suitcase while leaving no space for anything else. As for the service, it was average—nothing exceptional or terrible, just passable.
The battery was completely dead and wasn't detected or replaced in time, which led to a breakdown during the trip. After calling the emergency support hotline, we waited in the snow for 3 hours with no assistance. Eventually, we had to buy a new battery at our own expense to get the vehicle working.
