The pick-up and drop-off process was quite fast. Remember to note down the mileage before returning the car and inform the staff. The car was new, in good condition, and very stable and easy to drive.
When I arrived locally, I was asked to make another payment. The arrival time was late, and the airport internet was unstable, making it difficult to verify the payment details on Zuzuche. I had to pay USD$ 186.55 again at the Hertz Fairbanks airport office. After returning to Taiwan and contacting Hertz customer service, it took more than a month to expect a refund of USD$ 152.85, but I still had to pay USD$ 33.7 in taxes. I am currently negotiating with Hertz customer service about this. This experience was quite bad.
