Despite clearly informing them that I had paid for full insurance, they still charged me for roadside assistance insurance and additional driver liability insurance after the return.
The service attitude was quite average, lacking professionalism and efficiency. There was no process for car inspection during pickup, and the whole procedure was chaotic.
We had a total of 3 vehicles, but 2 of them couldn't provide the correct models on time, requiring us to wait an additional 45 minutes. We ended up opting for a Dodge Grand Caravan at a lower class. The car rental company's staff was polite and did not push for insurance.
Mediocre service with no extra perks. Changed drop-off from LAX to downtown Los Angeles, which incurred extra charges. The customer service said they could drop me off at home (less than 4 miles away) after returning the car, but the store said they don’t offer that service. I had to find my own way home.
