The car itself was good, and the rental process was very easy and straightforward. There were only small dents and scratches on the bodywork, but nothing major that affected its performance. However, the USB port for connecting to Apple CarPlay didn't work properly, which was quite inconvenient.
Everything went well with the car, but when I returned it, I was charged an extra 50$ for fuel, even though the tank was full. I've tried to get a refund, but so far, no luck. This is very annoying and has been the most frustrating part of the experience.
Overall, the car and the rental process were fine, but the extra charge and the difficulty in resolving it leave a bad impression.

Dishonest, threatening customers to buy insurance. Customer service personnel coerced customers into buying additional insurance on the pretext that third-party insurance was not included in the original order. Moreover, the final bill included four inexplicable charges that were not disclosed in advance, which constitutes fraud.
Both the car and the service were very good, the only area for improvement is the fact that we had a small accident in Canada and were unable to contact Budget by phone as all the service numbers in the US are not reachable from Canada
