Pickup and return were very convenient, but if the car encounters issues during use, it can take up a lot of time and effort. The car couldn't be opened, and I thought the key might be out of battery. Hertz didn't have batteries at the store, so I had to take a taxi to buy them myself, but changing the battery didn't solve the problem. Eventually, I had to wait for a tow truck to take the car away and then take another taxi to the Hertz store to get a replacement car.
Like: convenience and price, as proposed Dislike: Had booked a Nissan Versa Sedan and I got a small Toyota Yaris ! It did not turn to be a problem as I needed a car only for a week to do errands around Washington DC, just 286 miles. It would have been a big problem if I had to transport a lot of stuff as I did last december when I visited my son and family in Tampa Florida... Next time I shall double check with the agency if I am going to get the car I have reserved.

I was actually upgraded to a Toyota Camry because Hertz had no more compacts available. Very nice.
