Budget have disappointed me. The quality of the car however was budget, so I suppose I should accept it for what it was, cheaper, unreliable and budget through and through. Even charged me ridiculous amounts at the end for fuel and tolls.
Waited for a long time in the queue. Initially had no cars available and didn’t know when they would become available. The car provided was scratched (29 photos of dents and scratches) and dirty with only 1/8 tank of fuel. Oil service was overdue with consistent fault indicator.
Service provided by staff was poor.

QEEQ shared the wrong pick-up location for the car:
We waited for 40mims at the hire location only to be informed we had to go to a different pick-up location. Then after going to 2 separate locations, waiting in line, the hire car provider initially had no cars available.
