Totally shocked at the number of people in line for Budget car rental. 100's
Waited 1 hour in line and another 45 min at the counter as they did not have a van available for us.
We had 6 people so we had to wait until they found one. (which we had booked)

El señor que me hizo el contrato fue un 10 de profesional
Difícil encontrar el coche
El personal de fuera RUDO y con pocas ganas de trabajar
El coche tenía golpes
Olía a una mezcla de curry con tabaco
Warning “LOW OIL ENGINE” y lo único q hizo la señora del delivery fue resetear el warning y que me fuera
WARNING low bat remote
Etc etc etc
MUY MAL EN CASI TODO Y LA ACTITUD DEL PERDONAL QUE PARECIA QUE LE DABA IGUAL TODO

Budget should accept multiple modes of payment (cash, debit cards, online banking, etc.)and should not rely on credit card payment only. Because not every customer has a credit card and some has the ability to pay in CASH!!

There is additional charges when you go to the car rental. Almost half the price.
They didn’t have the car that I had requested. So I was given a bigger car which was good. Drawback was that the bigger car didn’t have Apple Car play that I used for navigation. But no complaints.
