We found budget staff great. They didn't try to upsell us. When we dropped off car we had a crack in side door window due to following a gritting lorry. The staff made no fuss and seemed more concerned about our welfare.

I have used QEEQ several times, twice this year and price is always good. Holding car for a buck - great.

Everyone, please be careful with the Budget car rental store. I've rented cars many times, and this is the first time I've encountered hidden charges that I was unaware of, which were forcefully added. I've applied for after-sales service, and a week has passed with no resolution. Where is the efficiency?

The attitude was average, they kept trying to get me to upgrade the car. I suspect the car I reserved wasn’t available. In contrast, big companies like Enterprise would directly upgrade the customer.

Who's punishing whom? The Budget staff said the contract from Zuzuche is not related to them, and in their eyes, Zuzuche means nothing.

Waited a long time to get the car because the model I reserved wasn't available. They eventually gave me a Jeep, but it was an older model. It looked larger, but had less luggage space than the full-size sedan I originally booked.
