Waiting in line for 40 minutes is understandable, but after finishing the paperwork, waiting an additional 2 hours to get the car is too long... Everyone was complaining and asking the counter staff where the cars were. This needs improvement.
terrible made me wait an hour for the car then overcharged me for insurance and wouldn’t take it off. i left message for customer service and they never called back.
I will not rent from here again. It takes too long to pick up the car. It should not take 45 minute for a car that was already booked.
