I have rented several times from Dollar and Thrifty (same company) at Atlanta Airport. So far all my experiences have been easy. Yes sometimes you need to wait due to long queues but I have always received solid vehicles and experienced friendly staff at the Atlanta Airport.

I have never found better rates than this site. In addition quality insurance is offered. In addition the rental staff as always found my voucher and I have always received full credit for the prepay. It is quick and easy to grab a rental.
Yes I arrived 3 hours earlier they would not give me the car till after 12 pm.
QUEEQ was really trying to help he was very caring.
