1. The location was easy to find, instructions were very clear when booking the car. 2. The process of renting and returning the car was very simple, especially returning the car. Initially, I thought it would take some time, but an African American guy just walked around the car, checked the dashboard (probably to see if the fuel was full), and then said OK, and it was done.
The order clearly stated that we would receive a tank of fuel and could return the car with any fuel level. However, at pick-up, they said we had to either return the car with a full tank or purchase a tank of fuel. Really disappointing, the service quality has declined since last year!
