We have received the settlement document provided by the car rental company, which shows that you added Enhanced Third-Party Liability Insurance for $115.5 at the store. Also, you were charged a fuel fee of $28.58 because the car was not returned with a full tank, totaling $144.08.
I explicitly stated at the store that I did not need any additional insurance, yet I was charged. Secondly, I made sure to refuel the car before returning it, but was still charged for not returning it with a full tank. This is not the first time I've rented a car in the US.
The car was just what I was looking for at the right time and place. The man at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Thank you!
