Satisfied overall. However, upon returning the car, the rental company mentioned there was sand inside and needed to assess it, potentially leading to charges. Traveling along the coast naturally brought some sand into the car via our shoes. We filed a dispute, but the deposit has not yet been refunded, so we don't know if there will be any charges.
Very good. Although I rented the car late and didn't manage to get a Hertz car, the Budget car was also very nice, almost new. The paperwork was processed quickly, very satisfied!

The Car was very good for our needs and was faultless.... Collection was appalling, was waited about 90 minutes which was not great, a number of customers didn't wait and took cars from other rental companies and demanded refunds the Budget Line was excessive even if they had "staffing Problems" they knew how many cars were due out at that time and should of been prepared - Customers are sick of the "Covid" excuse and that's what it is an excuse
