During the trip, the car needed more AdBlue, so I bought and refilled it myself. When returning the car, I explained the situation to the counter and requested reimbursement. The staff asked me to email customer service with the details. Using the email provided by the counter staff, I contacted customer service and provided the receipt. Within a week, I received a refund of 28 euros.
Very bad.
Due to rain, we were in a hurry to return the car, and the Europcar staff at Rome airport charged us a 100 Euro car wash fee.
If the contract specified a washing standard, I would have followed it.
If they really deduct this fee, I hope the rental agency will stand up for us!
