The wait was HORRIBLE. We were lined up outside. We waited about 2 hours.
I will NEVER recommend this location!
That said, the staff was pleasant and the car was great.

It was confusing that my reservation said the address but not that it was through Budget. I was super nervous that it wouldn't work.
In the middle of the trip, a warning light came on that required an engine oil change - something that forced us to go into the Baguette branch on the way, apart from that the trip was good and comfortable
