Very satisfied

The wait wasn't long, but they said the reserved car was not available and offered a lower class vehicle. After explaining that it wasn't acceptable, they told us to wait. Later, another staff member came and provided a vehicle of the same class as reserved.

We booked a mid-size to large SUV, but upon arrival, they offered only a Jeep Compass, which was too small to accommodate 5 people and their luggage. Due to language difficulties, we couldn't address the issue properly. We don't know where the problem originated. Later, they kept pushing us to upgrade to a larger vehicle, costing us several hundred dollars more for a Grand Cherokee. Hertz in the USA left a very bad impression. Complaint
