A worst experience and I had to wait more than an hour in line to get my turn.
The counter staff Jessy gave me a paper with lots of charges 100$.
She did not even ask me to add additional. I picked up car and I realized extra charges went back to speak to them .
Very bad experience staffs are rude and worst place .
FOX Rent A Car made me wait one-hour and fifteen minutes because my vehicle was not available. They made me wait in the lobby and only when I approached them they made me wait longer until they completed the booking they were handling or I would have waited even longer. They were rude and not organized, a terrible experience.

There were hidden charges that was not included in your price which I am not happy or pleased about. At least rentalcars.com adds fees and taxes to their quotes, so QEEQ is misleading and I now have to question future rentals going forward.

The guy insisted we take out extra insurance that he said was mandatory in Orlando which I knew wasn’t but he said it was and we had to take it out so it cost us an extra $180 which I found out later it was optional.

I didn’t realise we had to pick the car up off the airport so for future reference I wouldn’t book unless car was at the airport
On receipt told to go to lane 7, not easily marked to find. Once found car wasn’t there and wasn’t ready. Had to find someone in lot to help us. Counter staff knowledge was poor, customer care service poor.
