I booked a RAV4, but every time I got a Corolla Cross instead. The reason given was always that the two cars belong to the same category. Why is the RAV4 never available? Rental location: Cape Town Airport.
We booked a Honda Civic, but ended up with a Polo, which was a bit disappointing. Luckily, we only had three people. The driving experience was fine, and the car was in good condition. The basic insurance covered everything, so we didn’t need to buy any additional insurance.
Clean vehicle, but there was some existing (slight) damage. Overall good experience, and counter staff made it easy to add another driver as well as change drop off location.
Good experience except they wanted twice as much deposit as was shown in my qeeq booking, when I showed them they said I had to pay the larger deposit or I couldn’t have the car.
