ホノルル空港に朝9時に着いてレンタカーを借りに行き借り終えた時は、昼2時。時間を有効に活用しようと国内で支払いなど全て完了してるのにHertzのレンタカーを借りて無駄だった！他のレンタカー会社はスムーズに行ってたようです。 Hertzだけ、大行列でお客さんが並んでるのに店員が1人で対応して慌てる様子もなくダラダラ対応。
