Nothing was working, I have to go somewhere else and pay for last minute rental, I am not happy and will never get back to you again. I have to rent a car every month for your information. I bought my insurance anticipated and was sure that it covered collision and theft, but they make me buy their insurance almost Us30.00 daily plus, minivan wasn’t in good shape inside either exterior, old model. Had a hard time finding the right place.

“Affordable, just what I needed”

You do have to pay extra for using your insurance, but it’s not bad. Also paid extra for the sun pass but overall cost still ended being less than places like Enterprise. Very friendly staff and the vehicle was in great condition.

The price seemed good on the surface but we never got the car & had to book one at GreenMotion up the street. BUYER BEWARE: you must have a hard copy of insurance...... they would not accept our electronic insurance copy(as every other rental company does), nor had a printer or any accommodation to work around that. So I booked a car somewhere else as we sat in the tiny waiting room & took an Uber to get it. Was ultimately still cheaper than paying the hefty insurance cost One Switch wanted to charge.
