Great car, shame about the pick up at hertz

제가 렌트기간동안 주차 위반 딱지를 받았는데 이와 관련하여 Hertz 사무실에서 도움을 요청 하였지만 친절하지 않았고 도움을 그리 잘 받지 못하였습니다. 현재 해당 주차위반 건은 진행중에 있습니다.

Upgraded car on pick up brand new Nissan rogue. Great staff at jacksonville can't fault them.

Great app and everything went smoothly. Will be using QEEQ every time from now on.

Car was dented, marked and scratched all over it was like driving a tin can - glad we had full excess as there was nobody to tell after we got in the car to report the state of it.

Perfect!

Like: I booked a compact car and ended up with a Dodge Challenger, which was not what I was expecting for the price and size, but obviously a very nice surprise.
Dislike: Picking up the car took a long time (over 30 minutes) but that was mostly due to Hertz being understaffed at the desk with only one attendant and other rental companies out of cars for the date I was there. So the line was long when we arrived. That being said, the staff on hand did their best to move everyone along.
