The car was perfect for meeting our needs, my main issue was the hidden costs. Which we were very angry about. We were advised to pay $12 dollars a day for toll roads as a number of them across Orlando and liable to high cost fines. Over the period we travelled on 2 Toll roads that would have cost us $5 so feeling well ripped off. Advised we did not need. To refuel then when we returned car charged $42 dollars when I asked how much if went and put fuel was toldI would have less then half an hour to get it fuelled and returned or would. Be charged another day’s hire. As I said felt completely ripped off. When we returned the car one family returned to airport to go to one of mainstream car hire providers due to the costs they were to pay the costs not previously mentioned.
Waited over 2 hours because they didn’t have any vehicles in the class we PAID for. We received a vehicle from a cheaper class which we did not get reimbursed for.
Like: The service was friendly... professional, no upselling or forcing unnecessary extra insurance, upgraded my vehicle, and got me on the road in under 15 minutes. Scored an unbelievable deal saving $250 from another booking. I will go to easyrentcars.com again! Dislike: Offsite rental company, but for price I can live with it.
