Nos entrgaron un coche distinto al corsa, mejor.
El unico fallo fue que nos ponia que estaba lleno de gasolina y no era asi.
A la recogida nos querian cobrar 60 libras porque lo entregamos como lo recojimos, sin estar lleno.
No fue asi, gracias a que habia hecho una foto antes de salir y una despues, a los kilometros y el deposito.
Espero me devuelvan lo que deje de deposito.
Aun estoy a la espera.
The counter staff were not honest. Despite purchasing insurance, they insisted that I purchase additional insurance. The car was already damaged which was not recorded by them and upon return I was asked to pay excess. The staff at drop-off was also not helpful. Will not recommend.
Counter staff very friendly, guy at pick up not as helpful Car had seats facing backwards, which was not on the booking and didn’t suit us with some who get car sick , but he wouldn’t swap cars without wanting to charge us . Car condition was good , but set up not good !
I am disappointed with Alamo's counter staff. Even our pick up time was 09:00, we arrived at the counter at 08:30 and we could pick up our car at 09:50! If I would drop off the car 50 minutes late, most probably I would have to pay for additional time. It was pleasure travel and time was important. I will never rent a car from Alamo!

Very good experience. Just a reminder, hybrid models include electric cars. Initially, I was given an electric car, but I requested a gasoline car and was eventually provided with a Mercedes gasoline car.
The actual car received was an A180, which the staff insisted was of the same class. Quite unbelievable! Fortunately, we didn't have much luggage, so we could barely fit everything. Due to time constraints, we had to make do and hit the road.
There were many people, but the process was orderly. The desk staff spoke very quickly but remained polite and patient. The actual operating hours of the store (Glasgow Central) were until 7 PM, not 9 PM as stated on the website. I only found out on the return day, which caused urgency. However, I returned the car just a bit over 10 minutes late, and luckily they hadn’t closed yet. Managed to return the car without major issues.
Like: Quick, efficient and friendly service! When I dropped the car off they even offered to call me a taxi which was a lovely touch. Dislike: No complaints
I booked an 8 AM pickup, but I saw on Google that the rental company closes at 6 PM. So, I went to pick up the car at 5 PM, and they made an exception for me. I didn't need to return the car early, and their attitude was great! They explained all kinds of insurance options and potential issues we might face. They even upgraded us to a Nissan SUV. Extremely satisfied!
