This rental ended up costing more than USD$900 with no clear explanation. This is outrageous and I have received no assistance whatsoever from multiple employees at your offices in Bologna Airport and Milan Malpensa Airport. The amount far exceeds our agreed contracted to price without any justification.

The staff coughed in my face and gave me pneumonia! They also charged me extra fees! Besides the accident damage, they charged over 40 euros extra! Never again.

“Budget is terrible - 90 minute wait!!”

What a TERRIBLE experience. I waited with dozens of other people for 90 minutes!!! Totally unacceptable. And the manager was clearly uninterested in the situation. We didn’t get the car we rented but I just couldn’t wait any longer. I will not rent from Budget again.

The explanation for the additional insurance service was inadequate, and the communication wasn't smooth. When I tried to clarify things afterwards, they blamed everything on me. Their customer service attitude was poor.
