Initially booked a 7-seater, but were given a 9-seater on the day, which felt too large for us. Parking was very difficult in Switzerland. Additionally, the fuel tank was only 3/8 full when we received the car, but we were required to return it with a full tank.

The Europcar front desk explained that this hotline is outsourced to another company, and they don't know why this happened.
