According to the website and the pick-up instructions, the car should be picked up at Aachen HBF. However, upon arrival at HBF at the designated time, we were informed that the vehicle was not ready. We had to wait for Europcar staff to take us to another location for pick-up, which delayed us by an hour and seriously impacted our travel plans! Additionally, the vehicle model was significantly different from what was advertised. The website listed a BMW 2 series in the same car group, but we ended up with a Hyundai SUV.
