I have booked COMPACT class, and I get Renault Clio (station wagon)!? Not enough space for traveling with pregnant woman and a child behind in a child seat.

It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had in my life. Enterprise is nothing but a scam company, which they will steal your money from your credit. On the pick up day at the Enterprise reception desk, they had a such an rude attitude and telling me that I had to pay extra 150 euros for coverage fee which i kept insisting that I do not need. I continued to insist that I do not need any sort of insurance for the car, but the lady at the reception talked her way out forcefully and pressuring me to pay for the coverage fee. In addition, they told me that my car would be a brand new Volks Wagen Golf, but when I arrived at the parking spot, my car turned out to be average Ford car covered in dust and dirt. I was extremely upset and furious about this renting experience and I will never rent a car from Enterprise ever again.

The service was great and very welcoming, and they didn't force us to buy insurance. However, the system couldn't display the prepaid information. Overall, it was still very good.

Picked up the car at Bremen Airport...There were hardly any people...Didn't get the BMW 1 Series, got a similar Spanish car instead. It's alright...
