The car provided by Enterprise was in very poor condition, and the requested CarPlay feature was not available. The car hadn't been cleaned properly either. I will never book with them again.

Enterprise tried offering us a different vehicle to the one we originally booked. PLEASE do not book with this company. Not only that, when we returned the car, we were told it was perfectly fine and we would get 100% of our deposit back. This didn't happen. We only received 75% of the deposit back. Staff are extremely rude and they take advantage of foreigners. Also they provided a baby car seat for our 4 month old daughter that was supposed to be for 1 year plus babies. My wife had to hold our daughter on long trips which was incredibly unsafe. Genuinely never been so angry with a car rental company.

The worst rental experience. Very poor service, fraudulent car model changes. The customer service only has a central line, making communication difficult. Car was given with an empty tank, and extra fuel at return was not refunded.

Do not choose this car rental company under any circumstances. Remember the name WindyCar. The service attitude is extremely poor. I reserved a compact SUV that could fit three 24-inch suitcases, but when I arrived, they gave me a small SUV (no idea about the brand, see the attached photos). It barely fits two 24-inch suitcases. Totally deceptive, and their service attitude is awful. They spent half an hour trying to upsell me an expensive insurance policy, despite me repeatedly declining. The woman even rolled her eyes at me in an exaggerated manner.

the car was nearly a new car and I was very happy with it. However on my last day but one of rental the car would not start. I called Windy cars and within an hour someone turned up and tried to start the car unsuccessfully, he called the dealership and they came and took the car away. He came back and gave me another car which is a bigger size than the one I rented. I could not say enough to thanks Windy for their excellent service and the way the dealt with this and the rental in general. I will not hesitate to rent from them in the future.

bonjour , le jour ou j'ai pris la voiture de l’aéroport de Dalamann il y avait le témoin de l'adblue qui clignotait , je l'ai dis à la personne du checking , il m'a répondu que ce n'était pas grave et qu'il n'y avait aucun problème , donc je rentre chez moi vers 19h et vers 21h je reprend le véhicule de location avec ma petite famille pour aller au restaurant et la le véhicule ne démarre plus car il manquait de l'adblue dans le vehicule c’était écrit "ajouter de l'adblue démarrage impossible" j'appelle donc le numéro spécial qui figure sur le contrat et qui m'a couté un bras avec mon forfait de téléphone français , j'ai échangé avec eux tant bien que mal et vers 22h un gars de la filiale arrive avec un bidon d'adblue et me refait le plein , résultat des courses mes enfants se sont endormis sans manger et finalement on n'est pas sorti , je n'ai même pas obtenu un geste commercial de la part de cette société

It was a terrible car rental experience. I had an appointment to pick up the car at 13:30, but there was no one to deliver the car when I arrived at the airport. The customer service couldn't communicate in English. After asking for help, they said they would send someone to the airport in 15 minutes, but after waiting for two hours, no one showed up. I had to go through a lot of trouble to contact the international customer service. We ended up waiting nearly four hours without any compensation.

Nobody was waiting for us at the airport and it was really hard to reach someone to pick-us from the airport and drive us to the pick-up location. In the end, the experience was so-so as it took more than 60min to collect the car. Take extremely close attention at the scratches, to avoid extra charges at the end of the rental. The drop-off was fine.

The car was in poor condition considering the price but it did what it needed to do. The horn didn’t work, we had to share the front seat adjuster handle. Overall it was a bit shabby and when you consider the exchange rate, very, very expensive. One of the reasons we booked with this comps was the promise of an additional driver at no cost. We were informed on arrival that this was not the case and we’d need to pay more. Very poor.

They directly charged a deposit of 4000 lira without informing us in advance. There was no clear indication that it was a charge rather than a pre-authorization, and we weren't given the option to choose the exchange rate. We only realized this later, resulting in us losing approximately 400 lira in fees.

Car was a Fiat Egrea or something, fine on the flat but gutless on hills of which there are a lot in Turkey. It was clean, very neatly new and suitable for 4, any more and I suggest the weight would add to the struggle to get up hills!. We found that switching the air con off helped with the hills!!
