The counter staff is unfriendly. And they didnt ask for selection of currency when charge my credit card. The staff wait at the car park for my pick up. He just stand next the car. I have to found him in car park between over 3x car in car park.

I got the car with full tank of petrol and been told to return it empty. As written in the rental agreement. However when I returned it, they told me to fill it up because it’s empty. As I was in a hurry to catch the plane, I filled it up quickly just next to the drop off point, but after that checking the agreement I can see it’s stating to return the car with empty tank. Would it be possible to get it refunded?

This was the worst rental car agency I have ever used. Never again! It took them 2 h to give a car! Uncettable! Did that reason we got to Masada 15 m to late to be able to enter so we could not see it! They had significant effected my vacation by being extrinely inefficient!
