I got authorization return the car to Penticton B.C. (Case # 0190204561 from Shollanda, Employee I.D. NH48270), but when I arrived at Penticton Regional Airpoort there was no Hertz! Very upset!! I called Hertz and was transfered 3 times then when I was told that there were no Hertz locations in Penticton, the representative hung up on me. I called back again and after 2 more transfers, I was told that I would be charged towing charges and any damages if I left the car at Penticton Regional Airport even though I had authorization to do so. I spent over an hour on the phone and I wasted from 9AM to 6PM driving to Penticton, then to Kelowana and then having to bus and get someone to pick me up to get back to Penticton. Not a nice way to spend the last day of a holiday!! I am very very upset and would like a call back to come to some resolution! 5198887950.
