Excellent, received a new car with only 6000 kilometers. Toll fees and ferry fees were directly deducted. 12 days cost just a little over 1000. However, I didn't receive an email statement.

I initially booked a BMW iX40, but the rental company didn't actually have the car. After some on-site negotiation, I ended up with a diesel Skoda station wagon from the neighboring AVIS location. From a vehicle perspective, this was a downgrade, but the rental company provided good service, even offering a full tank of fuel. The car was brand new, had 4-wheel drive, and performed well, especially for driving on mountain roads in Norway. However, on long trips, the person sitting in the middle of the back seat might find it uncomfortable.

There was no counter at the airport, no signs, and I had to ask several people before I found the shuttle to the rental company. The online description mentioned a luxury car, BMW 520 or similar, but in reality, it was a BMW 3-series wagon, which felt small. The trunk was too small and could hardly fit all our luggage. The car was a hybrid and very fuel-efficient, averaging less than 6 liters per 100 km.

I rented a fuel-powered car, but when I arrived at the rental agency, they provided a small Renault Zoe electric car with a range of 300 kilometers. They explained that reservations can only specify the car model, not the fuel type. During our five-day road trip driving 300 kilometers daily, we spent 1-2 hours each day charging the car. I will never book with Eurocar again.
