Like: The staffs are friendly and really helpful. The one who entertain me during the pick up explained everything that I need to know really precise in her own way. The car is really comfortable and in a very god condition.
Dislike: Takes quite some time for the staff to fill up my details during the pick up. It will be easier if I could fill my details like passport number and everything during the booking. So that, the staff just need to double check the details.

Like: the car match to my request.
Dislike: the staff on collection side never marked down the painting defect, luckily i took the picture and proved to drop off point shown that the defect already there when i collected the car.
The car is good except the wheel's tyres and alignment not in good condition, driving became more tired and worry about the slippery when driving in wet weather during my trip.

Like: The car was in good condition and the collection process was smooth and fast, albeit the initial confusion on the type of car booked.
Dislike: The car was returned at 3.30am and there was no one manning the return counter. All there was was a self key drop with no proper instructions as to how it should be done. Perhaps a clearer instruction should be posted for ease of return during odd hours

The ground staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was upgraded to a bigger vehicle, as the one rented was not available.
The car unfortunately was not in the condition I expected it to be in:
- I was told it would be perfectly fine
- It was scratched and bumped
- It was dirty outside and inside (full of sand and dust)
- We found it with the backseats were reclined
- Two of the head-rests for the backseats were missing
- It seems the car had not been checked and cleaned after the previous rental
The Europcar customer service was unfortunately neither very responsive nor helpful.

Counter after the departure hall not open even at 7am. (Other counters are mostly open). Need to walk more than 500 - 800 meter to another pick up counter. Inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

Overall is satisfactory. However, it is better to have staff to cross check the car condition with the customer when pick up in order to avoid any arguments after returned the car. Despite the customer can take photo and report to Europcar by email, face to face witnesses is the most proper way and avoid the conflict of interest.

Car interior was very dirty. It seemed like the car was not cleaned and attended to after the previous driver, and was given to us right after it was returned which got us a little taken aback. No staff from Europcar assisted us with the car checks during pick up. The staff at the terminal 1 perth airport pick up counter seemed really unfriendly as well. We had opted for the navigation device but was informed that all the GPS devices in their possession is not working. We were even told that it was a special request and not an option. If it is not an option then it shouldn’t have been offered to us in the first place when we were making the reservation through EasyRentCars.com
In the end they managed to find one that is working and hand it to us but we were disappointed by their failure to check the condition of the GPS with us. The GPS works fine when connected to the car after ignition. But died after the car engine was switched off. Hence we were unable to preset our destinations into the GPS offline. The navigation library of the GPS is underwhelming too. We are unable to route to at least 4 of our destinations even though we entered the correct address. There were no matches to be found.
Staff also try to hardsell their insurance coverage despite us telling them we have purchased one with AXA which was offered to us by EasyRentCars.com
Despite all that, the staff at the drop off at Gordon Street Perth City was friendly and accommodating.
It’s my first time with Europcar and it will probably be my last.

Disappointing.
The gentleman that served me during pick up was on a earpiece and was processing things at an extremely slow paced (furthermore I arrived late with my family and all were tired). Things were not explained clearly and proceeded to getting me to sign.
The gentleman that served me was very friendly but when I asked him very clearly about the petrol issue (because I drove from somewhere relatively far but the tank shows full still), he told me all is good and money will be released. However, I realised after a few days that I was charged an extra for petrol (I would not be so disappointed if the staff told me earlier on after the check).

It's been ten days and I still haven't gotten my deposit refund.
And The drop off point is difficult to find. We do not know where is the office. The office in The airport is closed when 6 pm.
