6 Great service from QEEQ but let down by Budget car rental!I did the pre-check and downloaded the Budget app as they said it would save time. When we got to the rental area we had to queue for almost 2 hours. They 'upgraded' the car and then subsequently tried to charge extra. The counter operative was watching baseball on his phone while trying to serve me.
9 Nice fairly new clean and fun to drive .The car met and exceeded all expectations....despite the issue with the tires . We were satisfied with what was booked for us

Somehow it gives a score of 7, yet where is the question about whether I was ripped off or not? On that can I give -10 score? I brought the car back with a full tank with evidence to prove yet they charged me 19 gallons x ~$3.50 x 2 (133 usd) after I got on the plane. Hoping this is an honest mistake but no response from Budget this far. So essentially l my booking cost doubled.

6.7 Tampa Cruise Port office (actually a nearby hotel) a joke!!The collection process was a nightmare. Stood outside waiting in line for 2hrs!!!!! Never again!- 8 Best prices with QEEQnot enough staff to cope with the amount of people renting cars. Had to wait for 2 hours to be served.
- 6.3 Sold a lemon by a poor car hire company.Waited nearly 2 hours at the Budget desk, as they simply did not have enough cars available, plenty of staff on duty going very slowly. Booked large family car, as 3 of our group taller than 6 feet. We were then told at the desk it was unavailable, and that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to an SUV. I asked what the car was and staff claims he did not know. We were given an old Nissan Rogue Sports edition, the older, smaller version. It had dints, scratches and stone damage, even a piece of the bumper on the front seat. We were now 25 hours into our journey, so rather than wait, I accepted the car and carried on with our journey. Not what we ordered and will not be using Budget again.
- 7 Rental process goo car poor,The car was in poor condition. Oil warning light on all the time. Damage on front of car-large scratches. Transmission noise and vibration. Seal on rear boot section had bee refitted -badly several times.
8 great car shame about the staff.Unfortunately the counter staff lady was a little too chatty and went on to insult my wife who did not take it very well. In addition none of our requirements were actually taken into account so essentially we had to go through the whole process again.- 8 "Very good"I've rented from them five or six times and overall I'm satisfied. The downside is that sometimes the good prices mean longer lines, occasionally over half an hour. It's best to arrive 30 minutes early.
- 10 Very pleasant.Only the long queue to pick the car up at Tampa airport. Don't really need this after a long flight!
6.3 Poor condition of the carThe vehicle is brand new but it could not start on the second day morning after I got it. Although I called the Budget Roadside assistance but the problem could not be fixed. Finally I found out that the keyless system of the key was failure even I changed the key battery. I went to the Budget shop in the city for help but they did not have same category of vehicle for exchange. I only used the emergency startup to start the engine every time in this 2 weeks.
9.7 Will rent again with Easyrentcars.Car was excellent. On arrival at the counter the staff were very helpful and the whole process took under 10 minutes.
