That night, due to a malfunctioning GPS, the staff came to the hotel after a phone call to assist us. Since it couldn't be replaced, they took it back to the company without charging us. On the last day, we returned the car three hours ahead of the scheduled time, and the staff promptly arrived to complete the return procedures quickly.
