I had to wait for a long time since they didn't have a car available at the site, but the personnel was very nice and professional.

Worked good for me. Perhaps it would have been better had I had the chance to apply for a military discount on the platform (if there is a way, I didn't see it).

We mistakenly left something in the car when we dropped it off. Tried to phone office, but phone message was that it was after hours even though it wasnt. Did managed to get the item returned the next day.

The car rental counter took exceptionally long, due in large part to the manager refusing to allow his staff to use vehicles in the system. Instead, he ran around outside "preparing" cars and the staff used a walky talky to communicate car information and selection. Plus, the manager was rude to his staff. His staff was quite personable and professional, despite being treated so poorly.

The policy for Toll Road fees was a rip off. $12.00 per day?? When individual Tolls are between $0.60 and $1.50? Unconscionable!
