The waiting time for the shuttle from LAX was over 30 minutes which was really very inconvenient. Another thing, I wish that they don't allow smoking in their vehicles. I am non smoker and the smell of the car had really annoyed me and triggered my asthma. That was a real disappointment from a huge company like Budget.
Budget will still try to sell you insurance, although I didn't quite understand what kind of insurance they were trying to push. They will tell you that most Chinese people don't have it and that you should buy it. They repeat themselves and make it sound serious, but you can politely refuse. As long as you purchased the corresponding insurance from the rental website, it's fine.
I arrived an hour early, and my car wasn't available yet. They suggested an upgrade, which I refused. However, the car was ready in about ten minutes.
23 July 8 Pm.The driver of shuttle bus send me at LAX arrival terminal instead of departure terminal. He say that the traffic is too Jam. So I try to carry my 2 big baggages up to second floors to Departure gate by myself..(very far) . Don’t do this again

El personal del mostrador fue muy descortes y me enganaron anadiendome extras que no solicite como el seguro del vehiculo, que yo ya tenia y dije que no lo queria. Esto supuso un costo extra aparte del precio de Easyrentalcars. Me senti estafado por ellos. Al reclamar no me ofrecieron ninguna solucion.
