The company's service was mediocre. I booked more than a month in advance, but when I arrived, there were hardly any cars to choose from. Only a two-door Jeep Wrangler was left, which couldn't accommodate my family of three and our luggage. While handling the paperwork, another Jeep Liberty became available, but its condition wasn't good - the tires were completely worn out. I had no choice but to rent it. I was driving nervously the entire trip. From now on, I'll only choose HERTZ or AVIS.
Dollar's service was excellent. I got the car quickly. They helped set the navigation to English, explained the route, how long it would take to return, and where to refuel. The car return process was straightforward.
The service was excellent. The counter staff was very helpful. We got a two-door Wrangler as expected. The car was very new, with just over a thousand miles on it.
