Car was brilliant - spotlessly clean, great size, fitted 2 large suitcases & golf clubs & 2 small suitcase & 2 humans!
Check in staff at the airport were brilliant, efficient and so helpful! Drop-off in the middle of the city was so quick and easy. Would definitely use again
When picking up the car, an elderly gentleman who attended to me charged me $426 (by card) for the rental. However, I was later overcharged an additional $806.64 (by card). I pointed out the overcharge of $806.64 at the time and requested a cancellation of this portion of the pre-authorization, but the extra charge has not yet been canceled. I hope your company can help negotiate this. The return process was exceptionally simple; the staff was efficient and provided good service. I will rent a car again next time.
Car was not full of petrol so had to wait a while for this to be sorted
