The billing from the car rental company was completely different from what was advertised on the website. They inexplicably charged us more than three times the original price. My friend rented the same car model from Avis, which was more than half the price compared to Hertz. Also, the Hertz San Francisco Airport branch didn't have the Mustang model at all. I really don't know how your company is coordinating with them. The experience was terrible.
Margarita at the Hertz counter was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Got me a lovely car as this was my second time during my trip getting a car from this location. No pushy sales either. Very easy to walk across to from the Terminal.
