The service from Budget was pretty good. Unlike the car rental company we used in Sicily before, they didn't create unnecessary trouble. Returning the car was straightforward. The only issue was the car model was changed to a Toyota Yaris, which is much smaller than the Lynk & Co we originally booked.
Returned the car two months ago and suddenly got charged 50 euros. What nonsense. Everything was clear during the return with both parties confirming and signing. What kind of service is this?
The price is fair and reasonable. This time renting from Budget in Milan went relatively smoothly. The rental fee was calculated with an additional deposit for a full tank of fuel.
Previously, I had a different company in Milan that did not honor the booking price. The rent for 4 days was only 160 euros but they asked for a 1000 euros deposit. I refused, so the reservation had to be canceled.
